As a part of the 2023 Leeway Foundation X Fleisher Art Memorial Artist Residency, I hosted a series of community cyanotype workshop inspired by Jet Magazine’s Beauty of the Week series, at sites throughout Philadelphia. At Fleisher Art Memorial, Blah Blah Gallery, and West Philly’s Porch Fest, participants were able to learn about this photography process before making their own individual or collaborative cyanotype.
